dc.description.abstractThe communication has gained importance over the years because of the technology improvement. This project studies internal communication aiming to evaluate if the communication can be considered efficient or not, in a gas station company called SI Comercial Derivados de Petróleo LTDA. A descriptive research and also a study case were developed. The data for the survey was collected through a form applied directly to 38 out of 39 of the company’s employees and they were analyzed quantitatively through the Office Excel application. The results found and analyzed demonstrates that the company has a good internal communication based on its intrapersonal communication and its organizational communication. But it can’t be considered efficient because some problems waste of the company’s energy as is the case of the physical distance between the gas stations and the challenges on its interpersonal communication, more precisely on its downward communication in relation to the feedback absence.
