dc.description.abstractThe present work deals with the implementation of a tool that aims to assist in teaching through the use of the chat bot to solve common doubts, especially in large classes. The tool consists of a web platform that allows the teacher to create bots and configure questions and answers so that he is able to answer students’ frequent questions. In order for students to interact with the bot, the interface includes a chat where students can send messages with their questions and receive responses from the bots.
