This work is an applied aerodynamic study, focusing on the development and analysis of propellers, using the Adkins methodology as the main bibliographic source. Two codes have been developed for design and analysis, the first one provides the geometry and some performance data, while the second one evaluates widely the performance of the projected propeller or any propeller if the construction data is provided. There was a collaboration with the Car-kará Aerodesign team, through exchanging knowledge and data, such as rotational speed, powers, take-off and freight rates used more frequently in their projects. Acting in collaboration with the Car-kará Aerodesign team, data of rotations, powers, take-off speeds and geometry often chosen on their projects. Handing those estimates, a study related parameters and results on developing propeller models. Finally, the best propeller proposal was designed in CAD software. It was achieved that designing propellers with different profiles, usually leads to construction problems, with solutions that possibly decrease the accuracy of the calculated results. Although it is a excellent way to compare different projects.
