Resumen
The globalization and the connection provided by the media, mainly through the computer science has provided a better communication between everything and everyone. Thus, it is necessary that all present knowledge about language and mathematical concepts especially those who are still without the necessary literacy, but seek to systematize the knowledge through the modality of Educação de Jovens e Adultos – EJA (Youth and Adult Education). The pedagogical coordinator plays an important role in achieving success in this area of teaching and thus helps in the daily school life. In this way, coordination plays a variety of assignments, some of which are simple and happening on a day-to-day basis, and these cause a distancing from their pedagogical practice. Thus, this study is based on the knowledge of the paths taken by these professionals to achieve success in their work and the establishment of pedagogical relationships with teaching in Educação de Jovens e Adultos – EJA (Youth and Adult Education). A literature review will be carried out based on reading about education, specifically EJA (Youth and Adult Education) and School Management, such as Souza, Seixas, Marques (1999), Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (1998) (National Curricular Parameters), Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (1996) (Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education), and others. The relevance of this study is to know a little about the relationship between coordinators and education in Educação de Jovens e Adultos – EJA (Youth and Adult Education), given the challenge of teaching importance as a basis for overcoming learning difficulties and improving pedagogical practice.
