This Course Conclusion Work started from the concerns and reflections on the subject of the Mandatory Supervised Internship, in particular from the Graduation Course in Dance of UFRN, and from my experiences in such supervised stages. The objective of this article is to understand how the initial formation of the student-teacher in Dance in the field of internship takes place from the reading and reflections of the reports of supervised supervised stage of the Dance Course of the UFRN. Outlined the objective, it is questioned: The Mandatory Supervised Internship of the Graduate Course in Dance of UFRN "prepares" the student in his initial training for the labor market? How, from such stages can the student develop the necessary skills for teaching? What is the importance of the Mandatory Supervised Internship in the initial formation of the future student of the UFRN Dance course? The CBT started from the descriptive qualitative research methodology, using Content Analysis as its approach. In the reports read it was observed that a consensus in the final considerations is a belief that the trainee will change the norms of the school. We are inserted in the school taking into account its socio-cultural context and how we will add our knowledge to this reality making a difference in the practice of teaching learning. Therefore, the university is not alone responsible for our professional development, it is indispensable that along the course we can add other knowledge and after the end of the course continue to improve.Esse Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso partiu das inquietações e reflexões sobre a temática do Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório, em particular do Curso de Licenciatura em Dança da UFRN, e de minhas experiências vividas em tais estágios supervisionados. O objetivo desse artigo se propõe a compreender como se dá a formação inicial do aluno-docente em Dança no campo de estágio a partir da leitura e reflexões dos relatórios de estágio supervisionado obrigatório do Curso de Dança da UFRN. Delineado o objetivo, questiona-se: O Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório do Curso de Licenciatura em Dança da UFRN “prepara” o aluno em sua formação inicial para o mercado de trabalho? Como, a partir de tais estágios o aluno pode desenvolver habilidades necessárias para a docência? Qual a importância do Estágio Supervisionado Obrigatório na formação inicial do aluno futuro docente do curso de Dança da UFRN? O TCC partiu da metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa descritiva, tendo como abordagem a Análise de conteúdo. Nos relatórios lidos observou-se que é de consenso nas considerações finais uma crença de que o estagiário irá mudar as normas da escola. Estamos inseridos na escola levando em consideração o seu contexto sócio cultural e como vamos agregar o nosso conhecimento a essa realidade fazendo a diferença na prática do ensino aprendizagem. Portanto a universidade não é a única responsável pelo nosso desenvolvimento profissional, é indispensável que ao longo do curso possamos agregar outros conhecimentos e após o término do curso continuar se aperfeiçoando.
