This study aims to analyze the results of research on the work environment in the Regional Electoral Court of Rio Grande do Norte. The methodology used to understand the results was documentary research and, with regard to the procedure, descriptive statistical analysis. The work was focused on the analysis of the mapping of the methodology and the results of the organizational climate surveys carried out among servers, in the years 2017 and 2019. With regard to the analysis of the influence of the organizational climate on the TRE/RN work environment, it is observed that, in general, the employees of the agency identified a good organizational climate in their work environment. In the "Work Organization" dimension, the need for greater depth in the dimensioning of the workforce within the institution was found, so that the number of employees is sufficient to carry out the tasks. As for the “Management Styles” dimension, the need for the TRE/RN to carry out selection processes for the occupation of positions in commission and commissioned functions was found, with objective criteria open to the participation of all employees. Furthermore, considering the literature review and based on the IMCO model presented by Coda et. al (2009) and the organizational climate model published by Lima (2018), a new organizational climate research model was formulated to be applied within the scope of the TRE/RN, as shown in Appendix B. Finally, it is recommended that future research are carried out, considering the dimensions proposed in the questionnaire presented in Appendix B, in order to confirm the findings presented here, or to visualize new aspects of the organizational environment of that institution.
