Resumen
The complexity of health needs today and the specifics of services, in the understanding of
comprehensive care, highlight the significance of teamwork. Interprofessional work together
with collaborative practice develops a decrease in professional competition and collaborative
practice. Psychosocial Care conforms space as potent for strengthening interprofessionality
the dynamics of health work, thus being the reason for the object of analysis of this study.
The overall objective of this research was to analyze the health work process in the
Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS) in the Municipality of Pombal - PB, guided by
theoretical principles of teamwork, interprofessional and collaborative. It refers to a
qualitative, case study, descriptive and exploratory research with professionals and health
service managers from RAPS. Three (3) coordinators and thirty-two (32) professionals were
investigated. For data collection was done using interviews, preparing focus groups and
interview with semi-structured script submitted online via email. The data were analyzed
based on Bardin (2010) analysis technique. The study followed the ethical aspects guided by
the Resolution No. 466/12 of the National Health Council (CNS). The results indicate that
the concept of teamwork displayed by professional appears linked to the interpersonal
relationship, accordingly, between the teams of the same service, there is a better articulation.
The services of the Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) reported weakness even within their
teams. Regarding the RAPS scenario, it was observed that there is a fragmentation, lacking
or weak communication and cooperation between the services. Consequently, it was
observed that even inserted in a network configuration, where the bond should be a major
factor, in most situations, the professional practice remains guided by the individual and
fragmented work, making it fragile and little resolute.
