Resumen
The present study traces the path of the people with disabilities and their struggles for acknowledgement of their rights as citizens, emphasizing the achievement of the right to insertion in school environments in the national territory. Aims to highlight the socio-historical exclusion process featured by people with disabilities in Brazil and around the world and this question relevancy nowadays for ensuring the right to quality education. In addition, this study has as its theorical and methodological foundation the Marx´s dialectical, chosen by his propositure of an historical and processual analysis of the object, allowing a reality totalizing vision. The study is founded in a bibliographic research embased in authors that approach and problematizes about the disabled peoples historical journey in Brazil; by the education inclusival history, the social inequality and the pandemy labor impacts, in relation to the disabled people and his relation with the world´s history. It is standed out, also, the necessity of documental research, embased in laws, decrees and orders referred to disabled people, education and social service. As results, in addition to structuring world´s and brazilian´s disabled people socio-historical process, and the fight for the education right, was obtained datas referred to the development of the school BPC program in the municipality of Natal/RN.
