Abstract
The organizations understood that the current moment of the market is highly competitive and demanding and selective demand, so seeking the best product or service ends up becoming a necessary challenge to ensure survival in its segment. (BPM), the present work has as general objective to analyze the performance of the BPM methodology in improving the quality of organizational processes in small companies, for this we will understand the importance of the quality tool in the corporate world, the relationship that BPM has with the increase of quality of the processes and finally, identify the benefits generated by the methodology, as a research method the work was based on the main names that approach the theme, is characterized as a bibliographic review, descriptive and qualitative, were used In order to answer how BPM works to improve the quality of organizational processes of small companies, at the end, as a result of the research, it is noted that the impacts seen are summarized in the books, theses, articles, monographs and magazines that work on the theme. improvement of the overall performance of the processes, the results do not differ from the works studied, BPM's performance leads to small business benefits such as cost reduction, optimization of processes, product quality increase, speed and agility in the activities, resolution of bottlenecks and customer satisfaction.
