Resumen
The study discusses quality in Service in the Hospital Centro de Saúde Tibúrcio Ferreira da Silva – HCSTFS, in the city of Ipanguaçu, RN. For this purpose, we adopted the general objective was to investigate the perception of users of urgent and emergency services in HCSTFS, Municipality of Ipanguaçu, RN. Descriptive field research with quantitative aspects was adopted. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires applied to 51 participants, in which positive aspects were observed in terms of waiting time for care, treatment practiced by employees, distribution of inputs and medicines, and screening of care, Biosafety processes, about cleaning and sanitizing the place in relation to the prevention and protection of Covid-19, as well as the local organization of social distance between users, since those who generated dissatisfaction or a lot of dissatisfaction, were related to the lack of security or policing in the place, in physical facilities, lack of adequate space for rest and outpatient clinics. In general, the aspects about the care provided were satisfactory, but it is necessary to observe those that did not generate satisfaction, these moments of truth must be measured for later interventions aiming to improve the care. It is an importante that research does not end here because it is an important issue for the growth and development of Municipal hospital management and the people, too.
