Anxiety is a natural phenomenon that happens in the body by a high activation of the sympathetic nerve system when placed under stress. Factors - the magnitude and duration of anxiety - relate to lower information assimilation levels of these factors are determined by the level of threat that the individual attaches to the situation. In adolescence, various functional, biological, emotional and social aspects undergo significant changes. These transformations experienced During adolescence have a strong emotional nature Becoming a key driver of anxiety. In the year of preparation for the National High School Exam (ESMS) the teenager can come to experience feelings of loneliness, insecurity and doubts, which may result high levels of anxiety. The coping emotional nature of problems is strongly related to decreased level of physical activity, and in the case of adolescents this change may develop sedentary habits in adulthood. Physical School Education discusses and advocates education through paid body where this is considered in the whole process of teaching and learning, breaking paradigms and adapting always to the current educational realities, this role is to insert the "Body Culture and movement "through approach to consider it as integrally. A pedagogical practice built from the School Physical Education content "knowledge of the body" can be an educational intervention with this role. The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training consists of high intensity exercise bouts, interspersed with a break period between sets. HIIT has characteristics of spontaneous physical activities performed by children and adolescents and also has similar will of popular game features, providing advantage for prescribing to young people in a targeted educational intervention to reduce anxiety levels. The goal was to determine the level of anxiety before and after the intervention classes systematized with critical-surpassed approach and participated in the study models of 47 high school students. The educational intervention was built by 4 classes systematized with the content "knowledge of the body," and models of HIIT. It was observed a decrease in the disease state of increased anxiety and anxiety normal state. An educational intervention that led the student to think about their own body during and after exercise was able to reduce pathological anxiety levels in high school school.
