Resumen
The article analyzes aspects of Articulated Action Plan of the actions listed in the dimension, continued teacher training, with a view to compliance with Law 10.639 of 09 January 2003 a survey conducted in the municipalities of Rio Grande do Norte - Acari, Natal, Riachuelo and São José do Campestre - as a sample of Project Evaluation of Articulated Action Plan (PAR): a study in municipalities in the states of Rio Grande do Norte, Para and Minas Gerais - Observatory of Education (Capes) - Evaluation PAR (2007-2011). In clipping done the research object was used as procedures to literature review, document analysis and some empirical research data in question. We conclude that even the wording of PAR in 2007, most of the municipalities analyzed did not develop continuing training policies for teachers that offer the necessary support to the teaching of history and african-Brazilian culture in elementary and high schools. We understand, therefore, that it is possible to overcome the reality presented, through actions arising from education policies, including the PAR.
