dc.description.abstractEducation has gone through several changes over time; new teaching methods have been discovered, analyzed and suggested for an effective and meaningful learning for the student and teacher. In physical education is no different, there are several pedagogical possibilities for the definition of a teaching-learning process quality. The objective of this study is to analyze the pedagogical possibility that the toy may take as an aid in the learning process, clarifying their intention as teacher helper at the Children's Education, more precisely in the age group 03-05 years. The project is a descriptive research with a qualitative oriented approach through a case study in which the information was collected from semi structured interviews with six teachers of Child Education packed in CMEI Frei Damião Natal / RN from March to July 2015. All of the information gained from the research provided a basis for examining positives about the use of toys with educational content by the teacher at the Children's Education. The results of the study indicate, at first, that the toy is a great ally in the educational process, with regard to the Child Education, with his abilities and possibilities of opening a new path for Children's teaching and the pedagogical planning of it.
