Plano de implementação BIM: proposta de diretrizes para implantação em uma incorporadora

Abstract

In the last years, the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in companies has increased in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. But many institutions shows barriers to its use. For an effective implementation process occurs, a thorough analysis of the company's current conditions is necessary. In this context, the present paper has as objective the implementation guidelines of the BIM, through a case study in a real estate developer located in Natal / RN. The actions purposed were created from the infrastructure and available resources in the company. The results generated are favorable to a successful implementation, but a shortage of offices that use the BIM methodology in the city appears as a limiting factor.
