Convivência familiar e comunitária no serviço de acolhimento em família acolhedora de Santa Terezinha de Itaipu: um relato de experiência

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por finalidade analisar, verificar e explanar, numa perspectiva histórico- social, a condição da infância e a conquista de direitos das crianças e adolescentes à proteção integral. O embasamento dar-se-á através das seguintes propostas: analisar a condição da infância; verificar as movimentações legais que implicaram na elaboração dos direitos da criança e do adolescente; explanar a importância da convivência familiar e comunitária de crianças e adolescentes, em acolhimento familiar, através do relato de experiência no Serviço de Acolhimento em Família Acolhedora, no município de Santa Terezinha de Itaipu. A metodologia utilizada compreendeu a pesquisa bibliográfica e a pesquisa exploratória. Através do desenvolvimento dessa proposta, concluiu-se que o atendimento, em acolhimento familiar, deve priorizar a integração do acolhido, família de origem e família acolhedora, por todos os atores do Sistema de Garantia de Direitos, efetivando-se, assim, o direito à convivência familiar e comunitária.

The present work aims to analyze, verify and explain in a social historical perspective, the condition of childhood and the achievement of the rights of children and adolescents in integral protection. The foundation will be given through the following proposals: a) analyze the condition of childhood; to verify the legal movements that implie in the elaboration of the rights of the child and the adolescent and to explain the importance of children and adolescents in foster care living in family and community through the report of experience in the Service of Foster Care in Foster Family in the municipality of Santa Terezinha do Itaipu. The methodology used include bibliographic research and exploratory research. Through the development of this proposal, it is concluded that the care in foster family should prioritize the integration of the foster child or adolescent, the original family and the foster family by all actors of the System of Guarantee of Rights, giving effect to the right to live in family and community
