The Network Technical Schools Health System (RET-SUS) was conceived as a joint strategy to exchange experiences , debate and collective construction of knowledge in Health Professional Education in The ETSAL as part of this network has been facing major challenges for diuturnamente achieve its goals and objectives , in particular mission to train human resources for the National Health System in Alagoas . The goal is to propose an action plan with a view to overcoming the problem of instability of the faculty , which brings under the managements respects the three levels of government: the regularization ( insert legal)human resources in technical schools SUS particularly in teachers . This proposal had the initiative to raise technical and legal foundations that point to a real need to address the relationship management versus human resource with greater responsibility and commitmentin action as a means of teaching and learning . The literature was obtained on the bases : Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences ( LILACS , the Scientific Electronic Library Online ( SciELO ) , bases of the Ministry of Health , and articles in the Journal RETSUS and VirtualHealth Library (VHL - BIREME ) among others . Methodologically used as strategies three times in order to seek the legitimacy of the subjects involved . this proposal will allow the development and facilitation of relationship management versus human resource can reflecton a load of responsibility and commitment that if they are not harmonized ( x participatory management staff stable and adjusted in terms of sizing ) will reflect directly on the quality ofproduction of the School that the best quality training for students
