Throughout history, the inclusion process comes suffering changes, when related to the paper of the school in the overcoming of the preconception and discrimination of sort. The objective of the study was to tell to the conceptions and beliefs of the professors and the pedagogues in relation to the questions of the preconception of sort (masculine and feminine) of a public school of Ipatinga/MG, to tell to the process of inclusion of these pupils and the difficulties that the professionals present. An interview half-structuralized with the professionals was carried through (professors and pedagogues) for, to understand its formation, and as they deal in such a way with the preconception of sort in classroom as mainly in the hour of the recreation that is the moment where the pupils if they feel freer to express what they weigh, as well as understanding which is the paper of the school front to these questions and if this paper really is exerted. As result, it was observed that all the interviewed ones, possess formation and has age between 27 and 42 years. The interviewed ones had made diverse considerations on the discrimination that exists being boys and girls and had told that a school is inclusive when it observes all the differences and it promotes the right to all to feel equal without preconception being taken care of equally in its necessities. The school which works cannot be considered total inclusive had the conception of the parents and of the community and until same of some professionals in relation to the subject considered in the study what it makes it difficult the development of an opened work more to these questions Is concluded that in such a way pedagogues how much teachers desire an inclusive and open school to the diversity where all the pupils without distinction, can be developed in its amplitude.
