Resumen
Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are responsible for the higher rate of morbidity and
mortality in most countries. Cardiac surgery is performed when the probability of a life
is greater with surgery than with medical treatment. It is a complex procedure,
resulting in a critical condition after surgery to paciente. Esta integrative review aimed
to identify nursing diagnoses more frequent in patients after cardiac surgery. For the
selection of articles was chosen for the following databases: Scientific Electronic
Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS),
International Literature Health Sciences (MEDLINE) and virtual library health (BVS).
The sample consisted of 4 studies, in relation to research design and level of
evidence, the four studies were classified as level of evidence VI (derived from a
single descriptive or qualitative study). Considering the small number of articles
found (four), there is a similarity between the nursing diagnoses presented in
publications. Among the nursing diagnoses found, 21 were identified in at least two of
these articles. Despite the similarities in diagnoses present study, only 5 was exactly
as quoted by standardization (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association -
NANDA) in four studies the sample. Nursing care qualifies and is individualized when
made by means of nursing diagnoses. Providing well, theoretical and scientific for a
future implementation of qualified nursing intervention and individualized to each
patient.
