Estratégias educativas utilizadas pelo enfermeiro para prevenção e redução da morbimortalidade do câncer do colo uterino no Brasil

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the educational strategies used by nurses for the prevention and reduction of morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer in Brazil, seeking evidence in the literature on effective educational strategies in the prevention of cervical cancer. Therefore an integrative literature review was performed. This study showed the importance of health education in cancer have context around the female universe. Health promotion actions are extremely important, since they involve women in the context of health-disease and focuses on self-care. In this study, it was found that the educational strategies used by nurses for cervical cancer prevention are widely diversified and need to be combined with each other, therefore, considering that there is no single, specific methodology, they must be adapted as the characteristics locoregional the target audience.
