With technological advances in the field of civil construction, it is possible to see a market with several innovations and great revolutions. It is noticed more and more automated systems and robotization in this area. The construction market has spared no efforts to create methodologies that provide agility, productivity and reduction of waste generated in works. The methodology that is in evidence is BIM, and through it, it is possible to raise the level of security with regard to documental and informational organization. Being present throughout the life cycle of a building, from its conception to its demolition. There are several areas that can be addressed by this methodology, such as analyzes that can be developed, assessment of the life cycle of buildings (LCA), building management and maintenance, among several other issues. With the help of this methodology, doors are opened for several technologies to be implemented in the area, and In this work, some of these technologies are mentioned, such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), we can still exemplify VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) both with essential characteristics for visualization and understanding of the result of the project to be executed. In one of the most important stages in the project's production chain, the compatibility comes to avoid rework, waste generation, as well as a reduction in overall construction time. In the project that will be presented in this work, it can be observed that the application of this methodology, generated considerable gains to the enterprise, thus ensuring a high level of project detail, generation of navigable models, quantitative spreadsheets with a high level of precision, thus achieving savings of more than five hundred thousand reais.
