The aim of this paper is to present a logistical approach to solving the problem of a small company dedicated to the book market to rationalize the order to delivery of a product to consumers.
The study involves the definition of the firm's market focus, purchasing, inventory, sales, distribution and routing.
This study seeks to, through logistics, efficiency and cost reduction of the company, ensuring its survival in a highly competitive market.
