A representância do passado histórico em Paul Ricoeur linguagem narrativa e verdade

Abstract

The representation of the historical past in the work of Paul Ricoeur is the aim of this research. The way chosen for the investigation involves concepts related to the theme, such as language, narrative, fiction and truth. The reading is deployed from the hypothesis that the Ricoeurian representation theory would develop a critical realism, which does not line up or the parameters of realism object neither relativism. In the finalpart of the dissertation, we will delineate more accurately the contours of historian representation in Ricoeur, mainly from representance neologism, created by the philosopher. Finally, in our concluding remarks, we will rehearse the possibility of approximation between the representation of the historic past and theory of translation by Ricoeur.Keywords: Paul Ricoeur; Theory of history; Representation, Language, Narrative, Truth.
