A importância dos Centros Colaboradores em Alimentação e Nutrição do Escolar (CECANES), na execução do programa de alimentação escolar pelos municípios

Collaborating Centers in Food and Nutrition School (CECANES), coming from a partnership established between the National Fund for Education Development (FNDE) and the Higher Education Institutions in Brazil (IES), are reporting units and formed support with structure and staff, to develop actions and projects under the National School Feeding Programme (PNAE). The present work it is integrative review study with the objective of describing the actions taken by the Collaborating Centers in Food and Nutrition School (CECANES) and its importance in the implementation of the School Feeding Program by municipalities. Developed in SciELO databases, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and Scopus, with the descriptors "Actions taken by CECANES", "CECANE", "CECANE and PNAE" and "Territories of Citizenship Minas Gerais School Feeding". The sample included twelve studies that showed different actions developed by CECANES, as research in different areas, training of actors involved in program implementation and monitoring and advice to municipalities. It was possible to see how these actions assist in the implementation of the principles and guidelines of PNAE in the municipalities served by the program, and the consolidation of the National Policy for Food and Nutrition Security (PNSAN) in the school environment, providing effective implementation of PNAE by managers and stakeholders in the municipalities.
