Resumen
Family registration is one of the foundations of the work in the Family Health Strategy and aims to meet the families assigned to the FHT teams, offering information to perform the situational health diagnosis. It is an activity to be carried out by the Community Health Agents and must be continuous, due to the dynamicity of the territory and the families. In the Family Health Team I, in the city of Salinas, northern Minas Gerais, in the data collection, problems related to the health unit (structure and functioning) and about health in the territory were listed. The outdated registration of families in the Family Health Team of the Floresta I Family was described as a priority problem. The present work aims to present an intervention plan, aiming to update the registration of the families enrolled in the Floresta Health I Family Team in Salinas, Minas Gerais. The methodology of the proposal included the Strategic Situational Planning Method (PES) and literature review carried out on the official website of the Ministry of Health and the databases indexed in the Virtual Health Library. It is expected that from the implementation of the proposal there will be a updating the registration of families assigned to the territory covered by the Floresta Health Family Team I. It is the responsibility of the members of the team to understand family registration as a continuous process to provide subsidies for the programming of actions by the team.
