Linguagem documentária para organização do conhecimento no domínio da justiça transicional

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the Documentary Language in the context of Transitional Justice in what corresponds to the process of its construction. The problem identified is to understand how cultural assurance could be applied to construct a Knowledge Organization System of a complex socio-political field, such as JT, in which perspectives could be apprehended beyond those already usually contemplated by models and sources traditional, that take into account the literary guarantee, that is, academic and scientific documents? The general objective is to understand the theoretical perspectives of the Organization of Knowledge and its potentiality for the construction of a thesaurus model capable of representing a relatively recent socio-political field and knowledge production, such as the field of Transitional Justice. The methodology includes a qualitative research of the descriptive type. The methodological procedures begin with the choice of the Integrated Methodological Model of Thesaurus Construction, which was adapted to include cultural guarantee precepts and ISO 25964 (part 1 of 2011 and part 2 of 2013). It was used the bibliographical research to subsidize the theory for the adaptation of the model and think the inclusion of the cultural guarantee and the ISO 25964 for the updating of the model. In the analysis of the results it was possible to verify the adequacy of the existing model, making it more open to cultural diversity. It is possible to note the difference of some steps of the original model both directly in the name as well as in the guidelines that are given to thesaurus developers. Several points that previously were oriented to the use of scientific and academic elements have come to understand that it is not only in these scientific and academic environments that the construction and use of a specialized language takes place. In the final considerations, it was pointed out that the objectives, general and specific, were achieved, which allowed the creation of an initial planning of systematization of the new model for Transition Justice in the context of Latin America.
