The Personal Marketing Personal Trainer is defined as an individual strategy to attract, acquire and develop contacts and relationships interesting professional standpoint, as well as to promote and give visibility to the characteristics, skills and competencies relevant in view of acceptance and recognition by others. Thus, this study aimed to investigate how the students of the Graduate Diploma in sports training of 2010, UFMG that act as a Personal Trainer do their marketing staff. The present study involved 20 (twenty) students of the Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching UFMG 2010 working as a Personal Trainer. The Postgraduate underwent an interview at the university itself. Respondents were selected according to their professional practice, or to be acting as a Personal Trainer. There was no definition of sex or age group for the research. Based on this study, it was possible to understand the importance of the development of Personal Marketing for the Personal Trainer. As for organizations marketing has to do with the achievement and maintenance of customers, marketing staff has to do with the professional image projected on the market, ie, Personal Trainer and its main customer, while being responsible by customer perception as to what he has designed. Through this work, we concluded that most personal trainers (PTs) carries out the marketing staff as a way of exploring and retain your clients / students, for this use of several tools to promote themselves and make remarkable in the workplace. Among the most important strategies used is worth highlighting the use of custom shirt Personal Trainer, business card advertising and word of mouth "performed by the students. Regarding the submission of Personal Trainer were the issues most relevant to the appearance, position, attitude and professional communication.
