From the meeting of small farmers' families and groups of agroecology activists, the construction of a service system for supplying agroecological products emerges as an alternative to the hegemonic marketing model, guided by a direct and cooperative relationship between producers and consumers. It is a way of reorganizing food circuits and escaping hegemonic value chains dominated by industrial logic. This dynamics of restructuring production and consumption, is based on a new service logic that will be the object of analysis of the work proposed here. While it allows producers access to a more stable financial contribution and; the sharing of risks and support and, at the same time, enables urban consumers to have access to agro-ecological food. After going through an increase in the number of participants, the group of producers and consumers under study became destabilized and faced a series of difficulties. Thus, the objective of this work is, through the use of action research methodologies, Grounded Theory and Ergonomic Analysis of Work, to assist in the restructuring of the system built so far with short, medium and long term recommendations to promote effectiveness, quality and pertinence of the service. By making a historical reconstruction of the experience and analysis of the activities of the social actors involved in it, it was possible to systematize and organize the diagnosis of the problems surrounding distribution logistics; productive capacity and; organizational structure. Such categorization allowed a deep analytical conduction that revealed important connections between the observed phenomena and their effects, mainly of cooperation as a key category for structuring the system.
