Resumen
The chronic job stress characterizes the Burnout Syndrome also known as Burnout Syndrome. It was first described in 1974 as a state of physical and mental exhaustion whose cause is directly related to professional life. Employees from the Family Health Strategy (FHS) experience in their daily work different and complex physical and psychological demands, therefore this type of attention, offered the closest to where people live, health teams are in daily contact with the reality of the community that is lacking in many aspects. These questions exposes healthcare workers to various situations of psychosocial and physical overload. Furthermore, the proximity and relationship they build with the community, with reference to health care for the population, reflected in numerous and varied assignments, which often contributes to the illness of their own health workers, from high cognitive demands, overload work, among many other factors. Thus, this paper aims to propose an Intervention Plan for the improvement of working conditions of family health teams, with emphasis on actions to prevent burnout syndrome increasingly recorded in contemporary scientific and technical literature.
