dc.description.abstractThe main objective of the present study is to develop a support model for the decision taking in solving the assembly line balancing problem, in a contract manufacturing company of electronic products. A fish bone diagram was constructed for identification of the causes of the assemblyline balancing problem in field research. From the results and data gotten with the case study, a model of computational simulation was constructed. The present study was concentrated in the effectiveness of the computational simulation in the solution of the problem of balancing of assembly line and in its use as support tool the decision taking.
