Autoavaliação institucional da ETSUS Paraná: uma proposta de intervenção para identificar fragilidades e potencialidades

This study highlights the need to start the process of Institutional Assessment in Paraná, that
is ETSUS a participatory and democratic way of processing the quality of its performance as
an institution of professional education of middle level to the SUS. Aims to draw up a
proposal of intervention capable of enabling institutional self-assessment of ETSUS in Paraná
to identify weaknesses and potentialities of educational management. Through informal
conversations and meetings with co-workers and managers, was punctual and informal way
with that assessment processes at school are happening. This reality and studies with literature
review on institutional evaluation pointed out the importance of proposing strategies for an
assessment process for transformation and improvement. The self-assessment is an important
component in promoting knowledge of the institutional situation favoring the construction of
the final object that is.
