A importância da literatura infantil representativa na educação infantil

This study aims to analyze the importance of representativeness in Children's Literature and its social impact, in addition to providing for children aged 3 to 4 years the appreciation of different cultures, thus promoting the empowerment and the construction of identity in childhood. The project is based on data collected in the classroom through the proposal of pedagogical intervention "Literature and Cinema in the Early Childhood Education and the importance of representativeness". It is important to point out that, for reasons of method, the work is focused only on the literature, although the intervention has gone beyond using the movies to work with the children. The project was developed in a Municipal Preschool located in peripheral region of the city of Belo Horizonte/MG.
