dc.description.abstract | In first part this thesis it is developed a general theory aiming a dimension reduced space for molecules under a electromagnetic field effect, resulting at the end in a pathway for an arbitrary system generalization. It is also reported the interpretacion of tha terms of coupling under the light od both pertubation sum over state and Response Theories. For the specific case of eletromagnetic field in first order the terms are polarizability and electronic Raman Effect. In secund part this thesisthe 2-photon absorption by a molecule when photons are preparated un a hight dimension entangled state ar studied. The light field is prepared in a spacial two-photon qudit state and its interaction with a molecule showed new interference efects observedin the calculated absorption cross-section. Oscillations in the absorption cross-section demonstrated its dependence with the path phases os the two qudit state. The 2-photon absorption cross- section is dependenton the dimension of the two qudit photonic state. | |
