Resumen
This article aims to explore some of the multiple perspectives in which the german philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) has dealt with the problem of justice. Frequently neglected by traditional Philosophy of Law, Nietzsche raises important critique on several theories of justice supported through history. Thus, here we intend to conceptually define some of the more common uses of the term justice in his works, a study particularly interesting to Philosophy of Law. Four especially frequent approaches are discussed: poetic justice, justice as virtue, historical justice and justice as fairness, “the genius of justice” to put it in Nietzsche´s own words.
