This paper aims to support the construction of a proposed pedagogical training for professionals working in the Technical School of the Health System of Rio Grande do Sul (ETSUS / RS), highlighting the importance of it, bringing to the school setting elements enabling the construction of collective competences essential to work toward the critical and transformative action, so committed to the challenges of the current Brazilian social reality, from the reflections about the work of this school. At the present Net SUS Technical Schools (RETSUS) it is necessary to build a proposal for teacher education that produces subjective modes, new and different ways of being a health worker, who (re) introduced to what is there and if you combine the challenge of affirming the principles and guidelines of the Unified Health System (SUS), as a central reference the social significance of educational action in health.
