Resumen
The present study sought to develop the exercise to conciliate natural ventilation and acoustic insulation in buildings, in response to the need to create buildings that generate the least impact on energy consumption throughout its life cycle. Thus, it was prerequisite to deny the attitude of "isolation of the construction and subsequent use of artificial air conditioning for cooling of internal spaces," this attitude, very common on projects dealing with acoustic problems arising from their inclusion in a context of greater or lower noise level that it is private. To this end, it was used a case study: a project of a restaurant located in a mixed-use neighborhood, but also residential area supported by specific legislation, which limits the acoustic interference that any new use will generate in the context. Thus, from the knowledge of the available literature, methods and tools were identified to make the forecast performance of the solutions proposed in the project and evaluate its property compared to the acoustic criteria determined by the law of the city of Belo Horizonte, the municipality that would cradle the proposal. As a result of the used methodology was proved possible to integrate acoustic comfort and natural ventilation in a specific case however, also applicable to other projects like.
