Resumen
This article aims to elaborate on the traditional understanding about the will of some workers not to join strike movements, escaping from
generalized stigmatizations in order to question whether the act of breaking strikes can be conceived or not, under some specific circumstances and scenarios, as a strategy of resistance that may be used by female workers, besides black, gay, lesbian, bissexual and transsexual workers to face up to sexism, racism and LGBTphobia that exist in the trade union movement, in the world of work and in other dimensions of human life, and, consequently, whether it can be conceived or not as an appeal to rearrange, rearticulate and strengthen the collective action of workers and trade unions, acknowledging the importance of their engagement in the combat against forms of oppression and discrimination that are reproduced in different social dimensions.
