This is a bibliographic review that contextualizes light technologies in the practice of primary care in Brazil, which is considered as a gateway to the health service. The literature review allows the gathering and synthesis of several studies that address the topic addressed, providing extensive learning through construction work. The papers surveyed were extracted from databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) , Virtual Health Library ( VHL ) , SCIELO - Scientific Electronic Library Online , and books and magazines on Primary Care and Public Health in Brazil. It is understood that thecontextualization of soft technologies in primary care, is directly linked to user satisfaction, as well as the professional. It is noticeable benefits of these humane practices in the new health care model, since it aims at a reorganization of shares where the main focus of attention becomes the family in their biopsychosocial context.
