Abstract

This work is related to strengthening primary care as the place of the broader health care needs by health professionals of the family. You must seek listening devices, to better hear and accept the user. Aimed to understand the reasons why the institutionalization of a new health care model focused on deployment of the Family Health Strategy according to the guidelines of the NHS and analyze reports of experience of implementation of new model of care under the guidelines of the Unified Health System (SUS ) especially the Family Health Strategy and its evolution. This study was carried out based on the literature review which drew national contributions on the proposed topic. The methodology used was the integrative review. We conclude that the forward deployment of the Family Health Strategy according to guidelines of SUS, the challenges are listed as those related to lack of resources, communication between the districts, USF, engineers, managers and population. In search of effective health health professionals try to overcome the difficulties by finding local creative strategies such as increased vigilance in health, teamwork, structuring comprehensive care to families of the related communities, meeting their needs. These are actions that form the basis for the health professionals involved in PSF build creative solutions that aim to qualify health care.
