dc.description.abstractThis work was conducted within the logistics department of the Institute Hermes Pardini. The problem presented in this work aims at finding alternatives that can alleviate the storage problems in the hospital sector. The goal is to show through field research the importance of the system Warehouse Management System to control storage of hospital products, and to evaluate the gains from the use of this tool.
