Resumen
This study evaluated the efficiency of DHT22 sensor coupled to Arduino comparing the
temperature and humidity data provided by this system with humidity and temperature data obtained
by iLog datalogger Intelligent sensor obtained in the maternity ward of a pig farm. The analysis was
based on the comparison between the data obtained by the two devices, over three and a half hours for
a day. The results obtained by the Tukey test with 5% significance level showed no statistical
difference between the sensors in the temperature factor and the humidity factor was no statistical
difference. With all DHT22 sensor, it presents a more cost effective compared to iLog datalogger
Intelligent sensor, but not recommended for high-precision measurements in the item moisture.
