The paper of the professor is to develop the practical action and the pedagogical one in classroom, through the quarrel of the learning process, of the relation professor-pupil, the reorganization of contents and methodologies, constant revision of the evaluation processes, opting to those that if characterize for the incentive and motivation for the learning. The objective of this work was to identify in the scope of national scientific literature, the excellent aspects of the relation professor-pupil in the professionalizing education of nursing. In this study the integrativa revision of literature was used as methodology, searching to answer the following norteadora question: which the knowledge produced concerning the relation professor-pupil in the education process learning in the professionalizing nursing The excellent aspects in the relation professor pupil in pointed the professionalizing education of nursing in the works had been: the process of education and learning is facilitated by the professor who stimulates the critical and reflective process; that it uses the problematizadora methodology; for the professor who points ways and that it is capable to establish affective bond with its pupils. The practical ones supervised are considered integrant of the process of learning in the professionalizing education of the nursing, having detached still the interactions between pupils, colleagues and the promotion of moments of reflection on the action and the importance of knowing associated to the mannering attitudes and practical abilities.
