Resumen
The study objective was to discuss the practices of teaching and learning that are being employed to carry out training for health professionals. We opted for the integrative review on the literature survey that was conducted from November 4 to December 26, 2013 in VirtualHealth Library site. Theyre used as inclusion criteria: only scientific articles, published in full, between 2008 and 2013 years, which reflect the themes related to the revision in Portuguese and Spanish languages. Several readings were performed for analysis: exploratory, selective, analytical and interpretative readings. 20 articles were selected for thestudy and of these it was found that 14 (70 %) were grouped into Practice with Participatory Methodology and Expositive Concurrent, 3 (15 %) in Practices with Expositive Methodology and 3 (15 %) in Practice with Participatory Methodology . The predominant methodology kind in the articles was the workshop and 90 % of the articles presented positive results with the development of teaching- learning practices. The pre and posttest evaluation was the most evident in the studies. They demonstrated how effective strategies, divided capabilities into two phases, theoretical and practical part, being part of service routine and being held within the hours of service. Partnerships between services and universities for scheduling and conducting training proved to be something common. It is hoped that this study will provide an overview of the practices of teaching and learning employed in the present for healthprofessionals, serving as a reference for institutions that conduct training for health professionals.
