Proposta de avaliação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem das práticas profissionais em serviço para curso técnico em Saúde Bucal

This work proposes intervention with tutors of the Professional Practice in Service about ways to improve the assessment of student learning of the technical course in Oral Health of Health Technical School of Brasilia, intending to put it in line with the pedagogical proposal of the School. Presents an overview of the mid-level professional education and its interrelation with the training of human resources for the health sector in accordance with the principles and strategies of the Unique Health System. Reflects on some conceptual aspects of learning assessment with the purpose of providing a theoretical framework to support the proposed intervention. It proposes tools such as the portfolio, observation and self-evaluation to assist the learning process and contribute to the raising of the student understanding as an active agent in the learning process. Discussioning with the preceptors, these instruments will be debated in the light of Pedagogic Proposal of the Health Technical School of Brasilia and the theoretical framework presented in this paper. For discussions to reach the goals of readjustment of instruments, were proposed three stages, namely: first place - actions to discuss with teachers and tutors the difficulties already presented during the Class Councils, provided the protocol of class councils of the classes already closeds; secondly - actions to analyze the curriculum of the Course Plan of Technical in Oral Health, aiming at the correlation of the provided in the pedagogical proposal and in the curriculum with the assessment tools in use at School, wondering about the perspective of a critical and emancipatory education, suitable for work`s world nowadays; and the third stage - reorganization of existing instruments and / or insertion of others, such as portfolio and selfassessment, as pedagogical strategy, inside a Technical Training Course in Oral Health, in steps of Professional Practice in Service.
