A decisão judicial enquanto ato e a construção do caso clínico no acompanhamento do louco infrator

Abstract

The judicial decision is on the horizon of the work of psychologists working in the field of justice and the production of its subsidy constitutes a very complex task, which has to be taken by the technical team responsible for follow and support the process. Necessarily thisteam asks itself what it would transmit to the judge and how to do it. It is not possible to respond to all cases based on universally valid solutions. Rather, each one with its peculiarities needs a proper orientation. Each case presents its singular obstruction, which has to be deal by judicial decision in order to change the given situation. This research, insearching for the possible effects from the judicial decision taken as an act, discusses the construction of clinical cases as a method. This method provides an orientation for the production of subsidies to the judicial decision, while, in each case, allows one to find andformalize the hidden impasse.
