Capacitação Pedagógica: um caminho rumo à qualificação pedagógica dos docentes dos cursos realizados nas classes descentralizadas

This study aims at the reconstruction of educational training process of ETSUS in order to enhance this process as a mechanism of qualification of courses held in a decentralized manner. Study of qualitative nature, documentary base of ETSUS Franco da Rocha. The suggested technique is the analysis of the process from the knowledge gained in the course CEGEPE. The analysis process is based on the teaching-service-community integration that is the essence and the biggest advantage of ETSUS, taking work as a pedagogical principle and the workspace as locus of learning. Another differentiator is the decentralised classes. To ETSUS pedagogical and administrative management is responsible and in its coverage area, the decentralization of curriculum implementation. Decentralizedschool class being present in the territory where is the student, the teacher, the fields of theory and practice. The teachers are professional of health network, prepared pedagogically to exercise this function, through the process called pedagogical training. Understanding the practice of teaching as important tool in qualification of courses held in a decentralized manner, reflect on the role of the school in the training of health professionals when they take on the role of teachers, the school requires attention to the constant changes in your scenario, having to emanate continuous and permanent efforts in its improvement. Having acquired in the course CEGEPE approaches, as well as the methodology suggested by him, the direction and the pedagogical coordination of the school proposes a conceptual review: review of the process adopted and carried out by the school; incorporation of new technologies such asEAD, e-mail and other; improvement of the lesson plan and the implementation of the new proposal in one of its decentralised classes resulting in the adoption of a more dynamic and effective stance in the installation, tracking and monitoring of courses held in decentralisedclasses.
