Do encontro com os impasses e desafios clínicos: a construção de um caso clínico

Abstract

From a construction of a clinical case attended at NIAB (Núcleo de Investigação em Anorexia e Bulimia do Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) the article investigates the structural elements of differential diagnosis between hysterical neuroses and ordinary psychoses. The analysis of the phenomena is oriented by the lacanian psychoanalysis locating the defining indications of the subject structure.
