O cuidador familiar no contexto da internação domiciliar: um relato de experiência

Abstract

The experience report was chosen as type of research, since it allows to reveal the actions of individuals as participants, reveal subjective aspects, analyze and understand important variables besides contributing to the formation of knowledge that point to important questions related to home care. This paper aims to discuss the main difficulties faced by caregivers entered the program of home care in the provision of patient care chronically ill. The home care is configured as an important strategic component that occurs gradually through the implementation of guidelines and principles guiding the actions that assist in the operation of this form of organization. It is essential to reflect around this strategy, face their difficulties, develop and meet potential mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation as a way to refocus the work process and review ways and means of implementation.
