Sistema construtivo integrado em estrutura metálica

Abstract

Brazil has a large deficit of social interest dwelling that requires a system with low price, high quality and fast enough to fulfill this social problem in a short time. This research offers a construction system for residential buildings up to five floor, 45m2 each one, without elevator. The system has a high level of industrialized construction, using the available tecnologies and impr oving the brazilian usual techniques. It takes advantage of the whole potencial of each complementary system,reaching a high eficiency level. The system herein presented starts from conception, to the modeling, up to the production of a prototype in real scale. Its structural response is garanteed by tests. A fast, eficient, safe and lucrative construction system has been developed. At last but not least, it does not requires specialized workmanship to be executed.
