Abstract

This work aimsto address the skin lesions most prevalent in the Family Health Strategy Judith Jacques, beingscabiesand superficial mycoses. ThroughtheSituationalStrategic Planning method, thethemewaschosen for its prevalenceandimpactonthe local community. Duringthiswork, interventionstrategies are presented, in a practicalandapplicableway, accordingtothe reality ofthepopulationofthecityof Januária, as anattemptto minimize local infectionandreducethetransmissibilityofthesediseases. A literature review wasalsocarried out withresearch in electronicdatabasesofthe Virtual Health Library. Preventiveandinterventionalmeasureswerechosenaccordingtotheproblemsidentifiedd uringthestudyofthe local area. In thisway, theobjectiveofthestudywasaccomplished, throughpracticalinterventionscarried out bythe Health team in question, whichgenerated positive impactsonclinicalcareandonthedaily living ofthefamiliesattendedbythe Judith Jacques team.
