Resumen
This work it is an intervention project with the aim to empower Community Health Agents (ACS) south health sector, the city of Uberlândia. This sector is managed by a Social Organization, Salt of the Earth Mission, which is being partner in completing this project. This action was proposed from lifting such a need by the same coordinators and nurses of the Family Health teams. The goal of intervention is to make 132 ACS able to cope with the daily difficulties of work and able to change the reality in which they operate, as well as to increase the autonomy and reflection through the joint construction of knowledge. For this, a schedule was drawn up covering all life cycles, from children to the elderly, working information about the specific care and guidance that can be undertaken by ACS in the homes of families where they work. The training will take place every two weeks and will last for three months. The evaluation of the same will happen in their own teams where they operate, through the feedback of the actions developed.
